Below you’ll find a clear explanation of how returns and refunds work, depending on the type of order you placed.

Returns for Femme Simplicity Orders (Non-Custom Items)

For items ordered directly through the Femme Simplicity website, I offer a clear and efficient return process.

Return Request Window

You can request a return within 6 days of receiving your package.

If an item doesn’t feel right, fits differently than expected, or simply isn’t your match, please let me know as soon as possible after delivery.

How the Return Process Works

Submit your return request. Contact me with your order number and the item(s) you’d like to return within 6 days of delivery.

Return approval & return label. Once your return request is approved, you will receive a return shipping label by email.

Send the return package. After receiving the return label, you have 7 days to ship the item back.Please make sure the package is handed over to the carrier within this timeframe.

Tracking confirmation. Once shipped, the return must have an active tracking number so I can follow the shipment and notify the warehouse accordingly.

Refund processing. After the return is received and inspected at the warehouse, your refund will be processed. You’ll receive a confirmation email once this is completed.

Return Conditions

Returned items must:

  • be unworn, unwashed, and unused
  • have all original tags attached
  • be returned in their original condition
  • Items showing signs of wear, use, or damage may not be eligible for a refund.

Return Costs

Returns are free of charge for customers within the 48 continental United States.

Refund Timing

Once the return is received by the warehouse, refunds are typically processed promptly.

Processing times may vary slightly depending on the payment provider.

Final Sale & Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following categories are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Bodysuits
  • Intimates / Lingerie
  • Jewelry
  • Swimwear

These items are non-returnable even if unworn.

Exchanges

If you’d like a different size or item, the fastest option is to:

  • return the original item (if eligible)as described above
  • and place a new order for the preferred size or style.

This ensures the quickest processing and availability.

Custom Items Ordered Through All Your Style

Custom products ordered through my connected brand All Your Style follow a different return process because production, shipping, and service are handled by an external partner.

Important

These custom items cannot be returned or exchanged through Femme Simplicity.

Which Return Process Applies to My Order?

  • If your order was placed on Femme Simplicity (non-custom items with Free US Shipping): Use the Femme Simplicity return process above.

  • If your order was placed through All Your Style (custom items, color choices, uploaded designs): All returns, exchanges, and questions must be handled by the All Your Style helpdesk.
