Who can place an order at Femme Simplicity?

Femme Simplicity currently ships within the 48 contiguous United States.

This means we deliver to all U.S. states except Alaska and Hawaii.

At this time, we do not ship internationally or to U.S. territories.

We’ve chosen this approach to ensure reliable delivery times, fair shipping costs, and the best possible service for our customers.

How do I place an order on Femme Simplicity?

Simply choose the item you love, select your size and color (if available), and click Add to Cart.

When you're ready, go to checkout, the system guides you through each step.

It’s fast, simple, and beautifully calm. No pressure, no chaos.

Do I need an account to place an order?

No, you can check out as a guest.

Creating an account is optional, but it makes future orders easier and allows you to view your purchase history whenever you like.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

Yes, you have a 1-hour window to request changes or cancellations.

Just contact me through the website, and I’ll adjust your order before it’s processed.

After the 1 hour, the order enters fulfillment and changes may no longer be possible.

Can I check the status of my order?

Yes.

If you created an account, you can log in anytime to see your order details.

You’ll also receive email updates when your order is processed and when it ships.

What payment methods do you accept?

For now Femme Simplicity accepts Paypal, very soon there will be more options available

Is my payment information secure?

Absolutely.

All payments are processed through Shopify’s encrypted, secure system.

Your card details are never stored by Femme Simplicity, shared with others, or visible to me in any way.

I forgot to apply my discount code. Can it be added afterward?

Discount codes must be applied during checkout and cannot be added retroactively.

But if something truly went wrong (like a code not working), just message me, I’m always willing to help where I can.

Why isn’t my discount code working?

A few reasons:

  • it may be expired
  • it might not apply to the items in your cart
  • it could be case-sensitive
  • or the minimum order requirement wasn’t met

If you're unsure, just contact me. I’ll gladly check it for you.

What happens if my payment fails?

First, don’t panic, it happens.

Double-check your card details, your billing address, or try another payment method.

If the problem continues, feel free to reach out, I can look from my side to see if your order attempt reached the system.

Will I receive an order confirmation?

Yes.

As soon as your order is placed, you’ll receive an email confirmation with your order details.

If you don’t see it within a few minutes, check your spam folder, or message me, and I’ll resend it.

Sizing, Fit & Product Details

How do I know which size to choose?

Every product page includes a detailed size guide.

If you're between sizes or unsure, you can always message me, tell me your usual sizes and how you prefer clothing to fit (relaxed, fitted, in-between). I’ll happily help you find the most flattering and comfortable option.

Are your items true to size?

Most pieces fit true to size, but some are intentionally relaxed, stretchy, or tailored.

Whenever an item runs smaller or roomier than usual, I always mention this clearly in the product description so you know exactly what to expect.

Do you offer plus sizes?

Yes, intentionally and proudly.

Femme Simplicity carries a wide range of sizes, including extended sizing, because every woman deserves beautiful clothing that fits comfortably and confidently.

How do I read the size chart?

The size chart shows measurements of the garment or standard body measurements (depending on the item).

Compare them with your own measurements or with a similar piece you already own for the best fit.

If you need help understanding the chart, I’m just a message away.

What if I receive an item and the fit isn’t right?

No problem, you can request a return within 24 days of receiving your item.

Once your return label arrives, you’ll have 14 days to ship the item back.

And yes, returns are free within the continental United States.

Do your items have stretch?

Some do, some don’t, and I always list this clearly in the product details.

If stretch is important for your comfort, check the fabric content or ask me directly. I’ll gladly point you to the most comfortable options.

How do I care for the clothing?

Most pieces prefer gentle washing, low heat, and air-drying to stay beautiful longer.

f you’re unsure about caring for a specific fabric, feel free to ask, I’ll help you keep your favorites looking new.

Are the colors accurate to what I see online?

I do my best to show colors as accurately as possible, but small variations can happen due to lighting or screen settings.

If you need help choosing between shades, I’m happy to describe them more personally, sometimes a few extra words make all the difference.

What kind of fabrics do you use?

The shop includes a variety of soft, breathable, comfortable fabrics chosen for everyday wearability.

Each product page lists the full material composition so you know exactly what you're buying.

Can I get help choosing items that suit my body type?

Absolutely.

Free shipping is simply part of the calm shopping experience I want every woman to enjoy.

How long does shipping take?

Most orders arrive within 5–9 days from the moment you place your order.

I always share updated timelines in your order confirmation, so you know exactly what to expect.

When will my order ship?

Orders are processed and submitted after the 12-hour change window.

Once processed, your package begins its fulfillment journey and will ship shortly after.

You’ll receive a tracking email as soon as your package is on the way.

Will I receive tracking information?

Yes.

As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link so you can follow your package every step of the way.

My tracking says “delayed.” What should I do?

Delays can sometimes happen, especially during busy seasons.

Most delayed packages still arrive within a few days.

If your tracking hasn’t moved in several days or feels off, just contact me, I’ll happily look into it with you.

What if my package never arrives?

Please reach out to me as soon as you think something is wrong.

I’ll help investigate the situation and guide you through next steps depending on the carrier’s update.

You’re never left to solve shipping issues alone.

How does shipping work for custom orders?

Custom items created through All Your Style have different production and shipping times.

Production typically takes 3–5 days, and shipping takes 5–10 days.

Shipping fees apply to custom items since they are handled by an external fulfillment partner.

For detailed custom shipping information, the All Your Style support page is always available.

What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

If something isn’t right, please contact me immediately.

Whether it’s damage, a missing item, or an error, I’ll guide you through the next steps and make sure everything is resolved as smoothly as possible.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return window?

You can request a return within 6 days of receiving your item.

Once you receive your free return label, you’ll have 7 days to ship the package back.

As long as the request is made within the return window, I’m here to help you through the process.

Do you offer free returns?

Yes, returns are free within the continental United States on all Femme Simplicity orders.

You’ll receive a prepaid return label by email, which you can print and attach to any package.

I believe returns should be simple, calm, and stress-free.

Which items are eligible for return?

Most clothing items are fully returnable as long as they are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

The following are non-refundable:

  • custom items (All Your Style), look at the refund policy on All Your Style
  • final sale items (this will be mentioned on the product pages)
  • digital gift cards
  • items returned outside the allowed timeframes
  • items returned without approval
  • items returned in worn, used, or damaged condition
  • services that have already started

How long does it take to receive my refund?

After your return arrives and is inspected, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method.

Most refunds appear within a few business days (after receiving your return packes), depending on your bank or card provider.

You’ll receive an email as soon as your refund is issued.

Can I exchange an item?

Yes, exchanges work the same way as returns.

Just submit a return request and note that you’d like an exchange.

Once your return is processed, you can place a new order for the size or color you prefer.

This ensures availability and avoids delays.

How do returns work for custom items (All Your Style)?

Custom items follow a different return process.

Since these pieces are created, produced, and shipped through All Your Style, all returns, exchanges, and refund requests must be handled through All Your Style Support.

The support page includes full details on production times, shipping, and how to start a return request.

Do I need an account to shop on Femme Simplicity?

No, creating an account is completely optional.

You can check out as a guest anytime.

An account simply makes things easier: faster checkout, saved addresses, and access to your order history whenever you need it.

How do I create an account?

Click on the account icon in the menu and follow the steps to create your login.

All you need is an email address and a password.

The whole process takes less than a minute, calm, simple, effortless.

I forgot my password. What do I do?

No worries, it happens to all of us.

Click “Forgot password?” on the login page, enter your email, and you’ll receive a reset link.

How do I update my personal information?

Once you’re logged in, you can update your name, email, shipping address, or any other details in your account settings.

Is my personal information safe?

Absolutely.

Your information is protected through Shopify’s secure, encrypted systems.

I don’t store or see your full payment details, and your information is never sold or shared.

Can I view my past orders?

Yes, if you have an account.

Your full order history is visible under “My Orders” after logging in.

Guest checkouts won’t appear here, but you can always search your email for past order confirmations.

Can I delete my account if I no longer need it?

Yes.

Just send me a message through the contact form requesting account deletion, and I’ll take care of it for you.

Your data will be removed according to Shopify’s privacy rules.

Payments & Security

What payment methods do you accept?

Femme Simplicity accepts all major U.S. payment methods supported by Shopify, including credit and debit cards.

If PayPal is available in your region, it will appear automatically during checkout.

Everything is processed securely through Shopify’s trusted payment system.

Is my payment information secure?

Yes, completely.

All payments are encrypted through Shopify’s secure checkout.

Your full card details are never visible to me, never stored by the shop, and never shared with anyone.

Why was my payment declined?

It can happen for a few simple reasons:

  • incorrect card details
  • an expired card
  • mismatched billing address
  • insufficient funds
  • or a bank security check

Can I use more than one payment method on the same order?

No, each order can only be completed using one payment method at a time.

If you want to use multiple gift cards or discount codes, just let me know what you’re trying to do, and I’ll help where possible.

Do you charge any additional fees at checkout?

The price you see is the price you pay — with free U.S. shipping within the continental United States on all Femme Simplicity items.

No hidden costs, no surprise fees, no small print.

Custom items on All Your Style may have separate shipping fees, which are shown on their platform.

Is it safe to save my information in my account?

Yes.

Your saved details are protected by Shopify’s secure system.

I never have access to your passwords, payment information, or personal security data.

You can update or remove your stored information anytime.

What should I do if I’m unsure whether my payment went through?

If you didn’t receive an order confirmation email within a few minutes, your payment may not have processed fully.

You can check your bank or card app to see if a charge is pending, or simply message me.

I can check the system on my side to confirm whether your order was received.

Why does an item show as “Sold Out”?

If an item is marked Sold Out, it means it’s temporarily unavailable. The shop updates automatically when stock changes, so what you see is always accurate and up to date.

Will sold-out items come back in stock?

Often, yes.

Many pieces are restocked regularly, especially popular styles.

If something you love is unavailable, there’s a good chance it will return, though restock timing can vary.

Are new items added often?

Yes.
