What kind of gift cards does Femme Simplicity offer?
Femme Simplicity offers digital gift cards that are delivered by email.
You can choose the amount, add it to your cart, complete checkout, and the gift card arrives instantly (or within a few minutes).
How will the gift card be delivered?
All gift cards are delivered digitally by email. There is no physical card.
The email includes:
- the gift card amount
- a unique gift card code
- instructions on how to use it
You can forward the email to the recipient or print it as a beautifully simple gift.
Do gift cards expire?
No, Femme Simplicity gift cards never expire.
Your balance stays available indefinitely until it is fully used.
How do I use a gift card at checkout?
Simply enter the unique gift card code during checkout.
The amount will be deducted from your order total.
If your card covers the entire amount, you won’t be asked to enter another payment method.
What if the gift card doesn’t cover my full order?
No problem, you can pay the remaining balance with any accepted payment method during checkout.
Your gift card will automatically apply first, and then the system will ask for the difference.
Can a gift card be used more than once?
Yes.
Every time you use a gift card, your updated balance appears on your order confirmation.
If you need your balance checked manually, just send me a message, I can look it up for you anytime.
Can I check the balance on a gift card?
Yes.

Can I use a gift card together with a discount code?
Yes, gift cards act like store credit, not a discount.
You can apply both in the same checkout as long as a discount code is available for that order.
Can gift cards be refunded?
Once a gift card has been issued, it is non-refundable.
This is part of Shopify’s gift card regulations.
Can I buy a gift card for someone outside the U.S.?
Gift cards can only be purchased by customers located within the United States, since the shop is set up for U.S. orders only.
However, once the gift card is purchased, you can send it to someone outside the U.S., as long as they are able to place an order using a U.S. payment method and shipping address.
If the recipient lives outside the U.S., they may still use the gift card only if their order ships within the United States.
What if the gift card email never arrives?
If you or the recipient haven’t received the gift card email within a few minutes:
- Check the spam or promotions folder
- Make sure the email address was entered correctly
If you still cannot locate it, message me and I can resend the gift card manually.
Can a gift card be used on sale items or special collections?
Yes, gift cards work on everything available on the Femme Simplicity website, including sale items, special collections, and even the custom design fees for creating your personalized styles.
Gift cards cannot be used to purchase the final custom item on All Your Style.
Those purchases are processed on an external platform and gift cards from Femme Simplicity are not compatible there.
Can I schedule a gift card to be delivered on a specific date?
Shopify gift cards are sent immediately and cannot be scheduled automatically.
If you want the gift to arrive later, you can forward the email to the recipient whenever the moment is right.
Can I personalize a message with the gift card?
The digital gift card itself does not include a custom message field, but you can add a personal note by forwarding the email with your own message, or by printing the card and slipping it into a handwritten or self custumized note.
