Do you design your own clothing?
No, I don’t design or sew the clothing myself, and I’m perfectly honest about that. I curate, select, and offer pieces that match the Femme Simplicity philosophy: beautiful, wearable, flattering items that make real women feel amazing.
And for custom items? Those are created through my partner platform where customers can choose their own colors or designs. I guide the process, but I’m not behind a sewing machine. (Trust me, no one wants that.)
Why doesn’t Femme Simplicity follow trends?
Because trends change every 12 minutes… and confident women don’t need permission to dress in what feels right. I choose items based on:

If I wouldn’t wear it, recommend it, or feel good offering it… it doesn’t make it into the shop.

How do I get help with a custom order (All Your Style)?
If your question is about:

Once your custom item is placed on All Your Style and you choose to order it, all production, shipping, and support are handled by the helpdesk of All Your Style.
Their support link is always included with your custom page.
What if I made a mistake in my order?
No stress, it happens to all of us.
You have a 12-hour window after placing your order to request any changes. Just send me a message through the contact form, and I’ll adjust your order before it’s processed.
If the 12 hours have passed, I’ll still look with you at the best possible solution based on the item and its return options. You’re never left alone with it.
What if I can’t find something in the shop?
Just tell me!
If you’re looking for a specific item, fit, color, style, or occasion piece, you can use the Find My Style service.
I’ll search through my collections and suppliers, and if needed, I’ll guide you further.
You don't have to shop alone.
Can I get help choosing the right size?
Of course.
Send me your usual sizes, preferred fit (tight, relaxed, in-between), and anything else that matters to you. I’ll gladly help you pick the most comfortable and flattering option.

Where can I find all your official policies?
All policies, including Shipping, Returns & Exchanges, Refund Policy, Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Accessibility, can be found in the footer of the website.
Everything is written in clear, human language (no cold legal walls), so you always know exactly what to expect.
Do your policies apply to both Femme Simplicity and All Your Style?
Partly.
Orders placed directly through Femme Simplicity follow Femme Simplicity’s policies.
Custom orders placed on All Your Style follow their production, shipping, and return policies once the order is placed.
Don’t worry, every page clearly tells you which policy applies. No surprises, ever.
What is your return window for Femme Simplicity orders?
You can submit a return request within 6 days of receiving your item.
Once your return label is sent to you, you’ll have 7 days to ship the item back.
Returns are free for orders within the continental U.S.
Are all items eligible for returns?
Most clothing items are returnable, unless otherwise stated in the product description.
The following are non-refundable:
- custom items (All Your Style)
- final sale categories listed above
- digital gift cards
- items returned outside the allowed timeframes
- items returned without approval
- items returned in worn, used, or damaged condition
- services that have already started
How do refunds work?
Once your returned item is received and inspected, your refund is processed back to your original payment method.
Processing times depend on your bank or card provider, but most refunds appear within a few business days after we received your return.
For custom orders placed on All Your Style, their refund process applies.
Are custom styling fees refundable?
No.
The fee for creating your custom style(s), including color selection, design placement, and variant setup, is non-refundable.
This fee covers the time and work involved in preparing your personalized product page.
The item price itself is separate, and only applies if you choose to order your custom piece.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes — all Femme Simplicity items ship free within the U.S.
This is part of the shopping experience I want to offer: simple, calm, and without surprises in checkout.
Custom items on All Your Style have their own shipping rates, which are shown on their support page.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major U.S. payment methods available through Shopify are accepted, including credit/debit cards and PayPal.
Payments are processed securely through Shopify’s trusted system.
Do you store my personal information?
Only the information required to process your order or to respond to your messages.
